About digital products

Our products are digital data delivered as a download (3D LUT files in .cube format). Because of their nature, delivery is complete once checkout is complete, and the files cannot be returned. We therefore handle returns as follows.

Returns and refunds for personal reasons

We cannot accept them. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for personal reasons such as "it looked different from what I expected", "I don't know how to use it", or "I bought it by mistake".

Before purchasing, please check the supported software, file format, and samples on the product page. If you have any questions, please contact us at the address below before you buy.

If there is a problem with the product

If any of the following applies, please contact us at the address below within 30 days of purchase.

• The download link does not work, or the download does not complete
• The file is corrupted and cannot be loaded in the supported software listed on the product page
• What we delivered differs from the description on the product page

After checking the details, we will resend the file or provide a replacement. If that does not resolve the problem, we will refund the full amount you paid.

We will also do what we reasonably can for requests made after 30 days, depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this section limits any liability we have under applicable law.

How refunds are made

Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase. We cover any costs of processing the refund. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
